CITRINE ESSENCE

GEOLOGICAL :- The name for this gem is derived from its lemon - yellow transparent coloring. Most commercial Citrines are heat treated Amethysts or Smoky Quartz’s. The natural Citrines are usually pale yellow and are quite rare. It has a Mohs hardness of 7. Found in Brazil, New Zealand, U.S.A., Spain, Russia, France and Scotland.
MYTHOLOGY :- The Celtic people of Scotland call the dark colored Citrine crystals Morion and Cairngorm.
HEALING :- Citrine essence assists control the emotions and give a new sense of purpose to those who may feel they have lost their way in life. It is also helpful to improve the circulation.
Citrine is connected with the sun and as such is invigorating and positive, Citrine essence energises every aspect of life. Its energy increases motivation and promotes physical activity, which improves digestion and assists the cleansing organs, also working as a detoxifier for the blood. Citrine stimulates clarity in decision making and also communication, receptivity, organisational skills and intellectual prowess. This makes Citrine a good essence to use when making a choice. It opens up the bridge between the lower and higher mind, intuition and logic. This makes Citrine a very good essence for people involved with education or business matters.
Assisting to eliminate toxins physically and emotionally, whilst enhancing the body's healing energy, Citrine essence diminishes self destructive tendencies, by guiding the user to harness and utilise their creative energies. It assists to analyse events and use them in a positive direction. It raises self esteem, develops inner calm and security and allows the user to feel less sensitive and more open to constructive criticism, whilst helping to accept the flow of events.
Citrine brings about a powerful alignment with the higher self. It promotes lightheartedness, cheerfulness and hope, through being warming and energising and attracting abundance. It is one of the essences used in the Abundance blend.
Citrine in a stone form works with Chakras and attitudes according to the color. When working with Citrine essence all healing attributes are covered due to the use of all stones in the manufacture process. Very orange Citrine assists the spleen and is extremely uplifting and works to gently dissipate any fears the user may be carrying. Yellow acts on the Solar Plexus, providing a sensible emotional stability and understanding. Orange brown is used in crystal healing to assist in encouraging rational and positive thought.
Combined with Amethyst essence, Citrine purifies the blood and clears the mind and is excellent for meditation. Often even more helpful for meditation than Amethyst.
As a essence Citrine is emotionally cleansing, it provides a sensible control over the emotional life, particularly for those who fear they have lost control. It is also cheering and lifts depression and negativity, giving the user the ability to adopt a neutral attitude whilst possessing a cheerful and happy disposition.
Citrine essence energises every aspect of its users life and is especially good for clarity in thoughts when making a choice.
