The Orange group is found between the red and the yellow group. Hence it produces drive, passion and vitality, coupled with the ability to actually accomplish things and get moving. Like the Wood element, this group gets us going again, its energy is strongly connected with vitality and again we talk of ‘getting the wind up our tail’ and progressing quickly. This group gives us the power to get going again. An imbalance here can indicate that you are stuck in a rut when you really need to get going and move on in life. These imbalances are the standstills in life when you feel the need to create or move on, yet feel unable to do so.

This group is all about joyfulness, laughter, vitality and happiness. An imbalance here could lead to a lack of the characteristics in your life. The person in need of this group could be moody, depressed, melancholy or just generally down and lack lustre with life.
For those who repress their real self in an attempt to have people like them. Fearing if the other people knew and really understood who they were, they would not approve. This group will assist to let go of the fear of what others think and simply be true to their own nature.
