CONDITIONS OF WHOLESALE PURCHASE: (Scroll down for a letter & photo)
* The purchaser must be a recognised centre, practitioner, teacher or shop keeper.
* The products purchased are for resale in their entire form. ie - should you just wish to purchase a kit of essences to dilute and sell/give to you clinic clients this does not make you eligible for wholesale. The entire kit / essence bottle must be sold to your client.
* Minimum order applies of AUD $300.00 (& min' of 5 each items) for the 1st order (not including postage)
* A minimum quantity of 5 each of items applies on first orders. For example, the minimum first order of CLB torches is 5 torches.
* Not all items we sell are available wholesale - the links page lists all available items and some special offers.
WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING:
Naturally we value both our retail and wholesale customers. We make a committment to our wholesale customers that we will not undercut them or their business. We get many enquiries from practitioners wishing to purchase their supplies wholesale for their clinics and we must make it clear that these items can be purchased retail from us or one of our customers. Whilst our customers may offer a discount on the recommended retail prices, due to our wholesale promise we are unable to do this in most cases. For our retail customers we are often able to send samples, brochures and small gifts with some orders. For our wholesale customers we have monthly specials, brochures and special support. For both customers, we are happy to spend time on the phone, email or in person. We often have brochures and literature we can send you and we are delighted to chat with you about the best items, services or situations for your needs. We prefer to view our customers as ongoing friendships, rather than once off sales and are dedicated to providing the best services we are able.
