Relax in the tub and allow your soul to be rejuvenated. Perfect for foot soaks for those without a bath or in need of a quick pick me up. Fill the sachet, tie the top and dangle in the water to infuse. For the environment: 1 teaspoon can be added to the water in aroma burners. Discard content of sachet or oil burner into the garden after use.

They can be used in herbal teas, placed in water in oil burners, added to baths and foot soaks, made into pot pourri or herbal preparations, or even burnt as incense. Whenever possible they are organic, although as they are not all organic this is not listed on the packaging.
