The following is an outline of the journey, details, costs, fees & a frequently asked questions list. Upon booking further details will be sent.

MORE INFORMATION - will be provided after booking, including information on the sites and experiences, although we are happy to provide this to you by phone at any time. COURSE INFORMATION - and exactly what is covered is detailed in the COURSE CONTENTS section.

* - Itemises what is and what is not included each day. This will allow you to work out additional expenses. All accomodation & breakfasts are included for the entire journey, transport/lunch/refreshments on study days. On the days where dinners are not included you may do your own thing or Daryll & I will delight in taking you to wonderful local restaurants (many which tourists never find) at generally inexpensive prices. When you have free time, depending on where we are, there are massages, health treatments & markets, although in most places we will be relaxing quietly, enjoying a walk or some "time out".

All accomodation & breakfasts are included for the entire journey, transport/lunch/refreshments on study days.

The largest flower in the world - the rafelasia, found in the jungles of BorneoDaily Events: Most days - You are welcome (& encouraged) to join us for an optional 7.30am Qi Gong class. This is a wonderful method of improving the quality of your own Qi (energy) & building vitality. For Dinners: - on the evenings where they are not included, we will be organising meals at some wonderful restaurants, many which are only known by the locals or the resident tourists, you are most welcome to relax or join us at these evenings. On free days: - You can do what ever you desire, shop, sightsee, dine, swimor just relax, if you would like any advice or assistance we are happy to share with you.

If your flight arrives after 9am, you will need to arrive a day earlier and we will assist to organise an extra nights accommodation at a special rate (extra expense). Many flights from Australia will arrive in the afternoon - perfect for a good rest, some shopping, a visit to China town, a leisurely dinner, relax around the pool and some settling in.

We reccommend you arrive on May 3rd to settle in, explore this interesting city, have a special evening & be ready to commence after breakfast. If you wish to take this option, we can arrange lovely accommodation at the hotel for you for an extra $110pp (twin share). If you wish to arrive on May 4th, you will need to be checked in and ready by 10am.

Day 1 (May 4th): KUALA LUMPUR- After a wonderful breakfast together, we have our morning orientation meeting. We get to know each other, share some background of the journey and the unfoldments we will discover together. We begin understanding energies and the spiritual base of the cultures we will be absorbing over the journey. We prepare with some radionics background. After a lunch, surrounding by beautiful gardens, we take a walking tour to visit the Petronas towers (the tallest twin towers), the water gardens & the parklands, you have free time in one of the largest shopping malls you may have ever been in (it even contains a science museum within) to shop, sightsee & relax over a cuppa in the many wonderful cafes. Meeting back at the hotel we journey to Selangor (Kampung Kuantan) - famous for its pewter manufacture. We share a lovely dinner together and sightseeing along the way, you will then be transferred to a small unmotorised boat & rowed upstream in the quiet darkness to witness the sight of the largest synchronised firefly colonies in the world. The scintillating display is called the "blinking trees", produced by thousands of fireflies found in the mangrove swamps. The skilled oarsman make this experience a memorable & unforgettable one. Transfer back to hotel by road.

 Day 2 (May 5th): KUALA LUMPUR- A full study day, today we hone your skills as a radionics practitioner. You get to work with this fascinating modality of creating your own natural tinctures. In the early evening we travel up Menara (tower), at a height of 421 metres, (tallest is Sth E Asia), it stands atop Bukit Nanas (94 m above sea level). We take a wonderful tour over KL - the garden city of lights. From here we travel higher to the exclusive Merara restaurant, where we will have a buffet dinner in the rovolving restaurant. Day 3 (May 6th): KUALA LUMPUR- Today we sightsee again. KL is known for its colorful cultures, races & traditions. The city is alive with oriental & colonial aspects. We enjoy a cultural performance & dancing, Dragons home (Jade exhibition), Rubber tapping demonstration, Batik Printing centre, admire the natural beauty of Batu Caves & Hindu temple. Be absorbed in the sights and smells of China town, have a truly unique lunch and drive through simple yet colorful villages. Bargain in the marketplace and discover some treasures of your own. Dinner will be at a fascinating restaurant that simply defies description - discover it for yourself !

Day 4 (May 7th): KUALA LUMPUR - KOTA KINABALU - Morning flight to KK, check into the Beautiful beachside resort. Take a guided walking tour & then transfer to Monsopiad - the famous cultural village in the heartland of the Kadazan. Delve into the lovely (true) energies of the headhunters & share about this fascinating tribe. From here we are taken to meet the local Bobohisan (high priestess) who will enter into trance, commune with the spirits and perform a blessing ritual for the group for their journey. Question & answer session is available with interpreters. A day never to be found on a normal tour itinerary & very special.

ON STUDY DAYS - We endeavour to take you to many different restaurants for lunch. All meals provided are vegetarian - if you are not vegetarian - you will delight in how wonderful they can be. We are sure everyone will delight in these wonderful dining experiences

Day 5 (May 8th): KOTA KINABALU - A full study day. Today we really delve into the preparation of radionic tinctures, the understanding of the manufacturing process and fine tuning your own energies to work in this fascinating field. This evening you are welcome to join us at a public talk we are giving at the local museum or have free time to relax. * Inc- BF, lunch. Not Inc: Dinner.

The beautiful Magellan SuteraDay 6 (May 9th): KOTA KINABALU - We travel up the west coast to the interesting town of Kota Bulud for their weekly "Tamu" (market), not really for the tourists to shop, however all the hill side villagers bring their wares down to seel, sure to be filled with fascinating sights, smells and things to taste, free afternoon. This evening you are welcome to join us at a public talk we are giving at the local museum or have free time to relax. * Inc- BF, lunch, transport, entry fees. Not Inc: Dinner

Day 7 (May 10th): KOTA KINABALU - MtKINABALU - Morning overland departure to Mt Kinabalu (1.5-2hrs), we visit the Mt Kinabalu national park & gaze at the mountainous scenery (it gets chilly up here & wet!!!, pack accordingly), we take a gentle mountain walk & share a quaint lunch. Check in at Kinabalu Pines Resort, some free time & a fun games night after dinner. * Inc- BF, lunch, transport, entry fees, guides, DinnerThe relaxing Tanjung Aru

Day 8 (May 11th): MT KINABALU - Wake to towering Mt Kinabalu overlooking you. Discover the secrets of this sacred mountain. Sacred meditation session, then our last formal study day, a chance to pull it all together and have some practice sessions & fine tuning. Free evening. * Inc- BF, lunch, Dinner

Day 9 (May 12th): MT KINABALU - Out & about, today we visit an flower nursery, Poring Hot Springs - those who are brave may soak in the hot springs, or even boil an egg in the top one. We take a long walk to the top of the canopied walkway and venture out on the walkway. A truly amazing experience awaits you as you gaze down on natural rainforest and jungle below. Trek back down through the jungle & share lunch at the hot springs cafe. After lunch we visit the famous Sabah tea plantation to witness tea growing at high altitude, a tour of the factory & a visit to a local longhouse. Sip tea overlooking the plantation & on the return journey (time & weather permitting) we may try our luck at spotting a Raffelasia flower. Day 10 (May 13th): MT KINABALU - SANDAKAN - A 5-6hr overland journey to Sandakan, drive through quaint villages, palm plantations & experience many fascinating sights. Check in at the beautiful Sabah Hotel resort & share high tea together (a wonderful way to spend the afternoon with delicacies, cakes & tea / coffee). Optional walking tour of the town through the local markets. Free evening. * Inc- BF, snacks, transport, walking tour. Not Inc: High tea, Dinner, taxi into town (optional)The incredible canopied walkway = 100 ft above the rain forest

Day 11 (May 14th): SANDAKAN - SUKAU - A morning departure to visit the delightful Sepilok Orang Utan rehabilitation centre. Witness the feeding & walk through the boarded walkway. Watch a film presentation of the centre & shop in the gift shop for souveniers. We travel overland to Gomantong Caves - home of the harvest of the swiftlets nests for birds nest soup. Learn the mysteries & spiritual energies behind this location & the darkness that faces those who collect the nests. From here we continue to Sukau River Resort, witnessing the awesome palm plantations along the way. Welcome check in at the resort, then board a river boat for our upstream adventure. Look out for local wildlife which may include apes, probiscus monkeys, elephants & occasionally rhinocerous, plenty of photo opportunities. Back to the resort for a rustic meal, video presentation and a campfire style evening. * Inc- BF, lunch, transport, entry fees, boat trip.

Day 12 (May 15th): SUKAU - SANDAKAN - KOTA KINABALU - Early morning boat trip up the Kinabatangan river & out into the open sea to arrive back in Sandakan. We visit the Buddhist temple, explore the local stilt villages built over the sea, the sacred war memorial & a city tour. Time permitting we may visit a famous authors home, lovingly restored to a tea house, for tea on the lawn. Afternoon flight back to Kota Kinabalu. Check into the exquisite Rasa Ria Resort - 40km out of KK, enjoy your welcome & join us for a guided walk of the property, celebrate with a cocktail watching the sun set over the sea. *  Inc- BF, lunch, transport, entry fees, domestic flight, taxes. Day 13 (May 16th): KOTA KINABALU - Free day, relax, soak up some sun, swim, horse ride, snorkle, visit the Orang Utan rehab’ centre or just "be". Have dinner at one of the world class resort’s restaurants. * Own expense.

Day 14 (May 17th): KOTA KINABALU - Team events day. Today we have a day of fun, sharing, learning & pulling it all together. We take a guided walk through the rainforest canopy to understand the healing properties of the local herbs & plants and have the opportunity to make our own radionic tinctures from them. Celebrate with a special farewell dinner & a few special treats in store. *Inc- BF, lunch, dinner, team events, farewell gifts, walking tour.

Day 15 (May 18th): KOTA KINABALU - Depart to airport, Mt Kinabalu or the Tanjung Aru resort depending on your preferences. * Inc- BF Not Inc: transport to airport or see optional packages should you wish to extend your journey.

Kuala Lumpur: We stay in a beautiful 5 star hotel, set right amidst the busy bustling shopping areas, complete with pool & great location, you are sure to be comfortable & enjoy the surrounding cafe’s, shops and great sightseeing.

Magellan Sutera Resort: (www.suteraharbour.com) A beautiful resort on the coast of KK, extraordinary lagoon pool overlooking the ocean, exquisite Mandara health spa & a variety of restaurants make this one of the world class resorts. Set on 384 acres, encompassing 2 resorts, a marina & a golf course. 5 min’ from the city - you’ll fall in love !

Mt kinabalu pines Resort: The mystique & charm of the highest Mt in Sth E Asia .... unfolds before your eyes in its many sights & splendour.At Kinabalu Pine Resort, every room has a magnificent view of the mountain. If relaxation is what you’re looking for this is the place. A little less luxurious, yet a lovely quaint charm of a mountain village cabin setting.

Sabah Hotel: Well located on the outskirts of Sanakan, yet a 5 min’ walk into the city. A well appointed 5 star hotel with restaurants, lagoon pool, rainforest walks & a lovely coffee shop on the 2nd floor.

SUKAU RIVER Resort: Here we rough it just a little bit. Staying in basic cabins in lovely surroundings we are placed right in the heart of the Kinabatangan River Jungle. Triple share rooms here with private bathroom & hot showers. In the evening we will celebrate on the wooden decking balcony overlooking the river and share a lovely meal followed by a video presentation & some chatting, perhaps a game of cards if you like.

RASA RIA Resort: (www.shangri-la.com) Nestled where the jungle meets the sea & overlooking stunning Dalit Bay. Magnificent views across the Sth China Sea. Set on 400 acres of lush landscaping with a private Orang Utan rehab’ centre - the Rasa Ria is in a world of its own! One of the most unspolit beaches in Asia with a 4 mile beach of white talcum powder like sand. What could be more luxurious than a cocktail watching the sun set. One of the most beautiful locations I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

Tanjung aru Resort: (www.shangri-la.com) Overlooking the semi deserted islands of the Tunku Abdul Rahman National park. A lovely resort on 25 acres of landscaped gardens. 10 min’s from the city with private shuttle buses. A wonderful range of recreational facilities from cooking classes to watersports & some of the best sunsets you will ever see. (I have fond memories of relaxing, Gabriel playing in the sand at my feet, sipping lemonade & watching the sun sink into the Sth China sea.)

At the culmination of the tour you have the option of joining us on an optional 4 day 3 night tour

Optional Extra Travels:

Prior to your tour, you may arrive as early as you like. There are many inexpensive hotels available, or we can extend your stay at our hotel and save you the trouble of moving. (Rooms are allocated on a twin share basis and a single surcharge may apply if you are arriving on your own - or we may be able to hook you up with someone else arriving early also). please feel free to speak with us for assistance.

Perhaps you may like to extend your stay a few days earlier in KL - there are MANY amazing things to do & places to visit, unfortunately we cannot include the below list in your itinerary. please talk to Lesley for some advice & ideas about this if you are interested. Malaysia is an inexpensive & fascinating place to visit.

ome ideas include: A visit to Sunway Lagoon (an enormous water park with huge shopping malls, hotels, etc). The night markets in Chinatown - fascinating culture & amazing bargains - we should all be able to visit here on May 3rd depending on your flights arrival times. Putrajaya & the Mines Resort City - on 4591 hectares, based on eco culture & environment, a modern futuristic & unique garden city, once the worlds largest open cast mine - today - a 150 acre man made lake, surrounded by a resort city, musical fountains, snow house, lights fantasy, amusements, games, theme park & shopping. Take a tour to the colonial town of Malacca, 1.5hrs from KL is Genting Highlands - hill resort - casinos & cable car amusement park. For a more leisurely pace, travel to the Cameron Highlands - famous for their colonial ambiance, lovely guest houses & tea plantations. For a beach side luxury, train, car or fly to Lankawi - a beautiful sea side resort island (flights = about $80).

If you choose to fly with Malaysian Airlines, often they can add on packages for very little additional costs.

Once you complete the tour in Borneo: perhaps you may like to visit turtle island or travel into the lost Maliau basin. Many adventures await in nearby Sarawak including caves & a pinacled forest. This list is but a taster of the many delights that await, speak with us for more information & we have photos of many hotels & destinations if you would like to discuss this further. Happy Travels. After the completion of the tour you have 4 options. You can:

Option 1: fly directly home or back to Mainland Malaysia - the hotel will organise an airport transfer for you

Option 2: Extend your journey on your own itinerary - we are more than happy to assist you in organising this.

Option 3: Transfer to Mt Kinabalu to trek the sacred mountain Day 1: We transfer from the Rasa Ria to the Mt Kinabalu park. Share in a gentle guided walk, video presentation, discussion of the mountain & some free time, you can have lunch at the Park head quarters & a free evening. Tonight we stay at one of the lovely cabins at base camp. (Inc:BF, L, D, trek).

Early morning on day 2 we begin our ascent via Timpohon Gate to a misty world where you will spend the night up the mountain at Laban Rata guesthouse (Inc: BF,L,D, trek).

Day 3: Very early morning ascent to 4101 metres above sea level. Witness the sun rise & a new day gradually spread itself over the land. After exploring the peaks, we begin our descent & afternoon transfer to KK. We spend the night at the beautiful Tanjung Aru for a hot bath & some well earned R&R. (Inc: B,L, transfers)

a Please note - a reasonable level of fitness is required for this option, good hiking shoes, a small overnight back pack, drinking water bottle - remember your camera!! (Daryll will be joining this group for the trek)

Option 4: Transfer to KK city to the Tanjung Aru resort for some R & R - Over the next 3 days you basically have time to do what ever you want. We transfer from the Rasa Ria to the beautiful beach side resort - the Tanjung Aru.

(Daryll & I loved it so much here we spent 8 days in 2002). There are picnic lunch day trips to local islands. You may choose to take an early morning helipcopter flight up to Mt Kinabalu (perhaps you’ll meet our treking group!)

Take the shuttle bus ($2.50 return)into the city & visit the markets or shopping malls, buy shoes for $5 or DVD’s for $4, have lunch at many wonderful cafe’s or just stroll along the beach. You may like to visit the day spa for an hour(or even an entire day) of pampering. Spend the day sunbaking, reading or relaxing around the 2 lagoon pools, a game of golf can be undertaken on the hotels golf course or hire a bicycle to tour around. A reasonable walk will take you to the night food market. Sunsets is just beautiful & for dinner, you can be serenaded whilst overlooking the sea. A really delightful way to spend a few days.
