We currently operate general Qi Gong practice & cultivation classes. However, in discussion with many of our female student & clinic clients it has become apparent that women are searching for a regime especially designed for the female body - especially the changes that accompany various stages of a woman's life.

We are delighted to offer this special weekly class that is open to all - no experience necessary.

Is a wonderful (gentle) activity for harnessing Ch'i (energy) and utilising it for health, healing, youthfulness, flexibility and awareness. No experience necessary, wear comfy clothes, socks or slippers. Come when ever you like, no commitment necessary. Gentle exercises & spiritual teachings to guide you on your path. Each class consists of a combination of meditation, guided visualisation, pranic (breath) and Ch'i (energy) exercises. Guided with grounded ancient arts & suggestions. Perfect for the beginner or those with experience. Come when ever you can - No bookings required We have Qi Gong practice Every Wednesday evening from 7 -7.45pm, Qi Gong For Women Tuesdays 9.30-10.30am.

Qi Gong Cultivation Class - finished
Prerequisites: None       2hrs each Monday (students must attend the monday morning Qi Gong Practice session)

Ongoing class:  In 2003 we  offered for the first time an extended Qi Gong class which enabled the students to more fully be involved in the cultivation process and understand the value of disciplined practice. The power of Qi Gong as a transformational tool is in the commitment to practice and the time involved in each of its activities:-  1.Mind will    2.Breath                 3.Movement          4.Meditation

We will be studying different Qi Gong styles which includes the precious Taoist and Buddhist Qi Gong practices. Some of these include - Fragrant Qong, Eight Sitting Brocades, Seven Star Standing Pole, Dragon Gate Qigong, Advanced Wudang Qigong, Tai Chi Qigong &  Zhineng Qigong. Students will receive the ‘higher' energy through these Qi Gong practices and this will greatly elevate their energy potential for work in healing, personal health and Spiritual transformation.

Bookings are required and it is a committed ongoing class. $20 per class. Very limited numbers in this class - Term or Year long class. Call will run from 9.30am-11.30am (including the 9.30-10am practise session). (It is possible to join this class after its commencement - call for details)

The opportunity to be assessed & graded on their skill levels, competence, diligence, humility, perseverance & knowledge.

Whilst not required for the attendance of the cultivation class, the students that desire to be assessed on their training, now have the ability to ascend through 7 levels of competency.

On successful passing of each level, the student will be awarded a color grading & appropriate belt. Higher level students may be awarded private tuition.

Whilst not compulsory, those that wish to upgrade their status can & private advanced classes may be offered to the higher colour grading students. Meanwhile the Qi Gong cultivation class will continue with some students attending for fun & their own development & some advancing to the grading levels.

Qi Gong Kinesiology
Prereq': TFH 3    4 Weekends &  1 Eve'  (exam)

A comprehensive course for those with a fascination with Kinesiology & a desire to work as a professional Kinesiologist. This course covers many aspects bringing together a wide variety of Kinesiology styles & streams, beginning with the physical/structural inc? Hip/back/pelvis corrections, through to the Medical system inc? Blood sugar handling, endocrine system, candida, many common ailments and their Kinesiology corrections. The mental aspects, inc; brain function, dyslexia, educational Kinesiology, the ability to learn, Psychological / Emotional ailments, aspects & repatterning and culminates with the subtle sciences/Spiritual aspects inc; healing attunements to opening energies. Connection to spirit & that which is outside the self, the chakras, the aura as a picture of the health. Awakening, fascinating & a very personal transformational course. FEE: $1600

Qi Gong Healing Master Course
Prerequisites: to begin - none:  Qi Gong Level 1,2,3 & Masters     2 days each level                     
Qi Gong Healing has been around for 5000 years. The advanced levels of healing in China transcend the physical limitations and are not generally made public . Students will be able to change the fundamental condition of clients at the deepest level - not just the clearing of emotions, balancing through nutrition.

On completion you will be a Master Healer and be able to perform high level healings and practice the principles.    Attune to your divine healing potentials, develop new skills for life & a natural health clinic, assist yourself, friends & family.
