MONDAYS: 9.30-11.30am (No App’ req’) Qi Gong Practice & Cultivation Class $20pc
Previously this was a dedicated bookings only class. This class is now a "come as you can" class, so if you get a Monday free come along and join us. Naturally we will be building on material each week and it would be ideal to have you continue each week, however the flexibility is now there for those to join us that cannot commit to being there each week. At your first class - whenever you choose to join us throughout the year (although I may not have them ready until next week) you will be given an attendance book. This will provide some background information for each of the style of Qi Gong that we cover. It will also have attendance stamps so each week you get your book stamped as you continue your studies. When you have completed sufficient study in each topic you will be awarded a certificate of completion and will be eligible to attend gradings if desired.
Due to a record of your studies being kept in this way, we are delighted to now accredit these hours as 4 hours of optional studies per level to your diploma of natural health sciences. Perfect for those already gaining qualification levels. We hope you may join us on any Monday (during school terms).

OVERSEAS CLIENTS -  we can organise some inexpensive tours around Melbourne, all accom' & meals so you have a fantastic journey - we can even visit wholesale factory outlets 1 day if required. MARCH 2008:
10 days March 22nd – April 1st (School holidays) HAINAN ISLAND (STH CHINA) QI GONG HEALING RETREAT $790 - (A delightful tour, travel to this gorgeous Sth china island known as the 'Hawaii of China' - on an equatorial line - roughly between Vietnam and Hong Kong. Fly into Guangzhou and then to Haikou where you will be met at the airport and transported to a dedicated Qi Gong training centre operated by a Qi Gong Master. You will live there and spend 10 days in training, although the pace will be taking into consideration time for reflection, rest (2 hour nap time after lunch included) and healing. Each day you will be treated to a personal healing / energy attunement and a training class, Qi Gong exercises & training will be conducted throughout the 10 days. Some days we will have classes on the beach under the palm trees as the centre is situated on direct beach frontage.

 

We have recently been invited to visit & stay at a Qi Gong based resort where we will meet with 70 Zhineng Qi Gong practitioners & bath in hot mineral springs amongst some very special meetings & highlights!

 

Some people will join us viewing the tour as a retreat to rejuvenate, others as students of Qi Gong, others because they have illnesses that need healing - all are most welcome, so what ever your goal for joining us - we will share a wonderful 10 days together. We are hoping to operate these tours as an annual retreat

- tour includes all accommodation, meals, an English speaking guide every day, full Qi Gong & energy healing training with 2 Qi Gong Masters, Healing teachings, all transport,  (Does not include Int' / domestic flights CSA flies Melb to Guangzhou for AUD$1050 inc' taxes & Guangzhou to Haikou for Approx' AUD$100.)

(Accom' is comfortable, clean, yet quite basic, if you wish to upgrade to a resort this can be organised at the resort next door for a nominal fee) (Children are most welcome at 50% of the fee & babysitters can be organised if desired - bring the whole family!)

Here is a delightful email I received from one of the Qi Gong masters on the basis of the tour (please remember English is their 2nd language I have chosen to included this as it was written as I find the descriptions delightful)

The general time arrangement is in our centre:
Practise Qigong 1 hour from  6:30-7:30;am
Have breakfast from 7:40-8:00;
Free time from  8:00-12:00( students can practise by themself , teacher can teach special thing according to the special person, eg, some foreigner need special help, some patients as like cancers need special cure and so on)
have lunch at 12:10 -12:40;
Have a nap at 1:00-3:00;pm
Practise Qigong from 3:15-5:15;
Have supper at 5:30-6:00pam
Have a free time from 6:00-8:00 in the evening;
Practise Qigong from 8:00-9:00 on the night.

We will have different kind of meeting each day in the afternoon, -eg- the topic can be how to practise Qigong, what is the core of the Qigong, what is it Zhineng Qigong, how to heal sickness by Qigong, how to develop Qigong, Qigong on the world and so on, each day has different topic, I can invite  some very special Qigong teachers to join us. We should arouse each person's enthusiasm, which lets each person participate with the speech, the qigong is not solely practicing the movement, more essential is comprehending, It has more effect often through the exchange of the ideas than in the information alone.
